I am an "on again - off again" student at UCLA in sunny West LA. I have been cooking since I was 6, and have loved it since the beginning. I love the creative aspect of it, and it resonates with my creative side, and I can truly call food a passion. Ive never had the desire to work as a professional chef, as I love the laid back and social aspect of just cooking with friends without any pressure or time constraints. I am blessed to have many close friends that love food and cooking, and whwen we get together, watch out, you never know what your gonna get!
I am heavily influenced by Italian cuisine, as it was my childhood favorite and still ranks up there as having some of my favorite dishes. Im not gonna lie when I say that of late Alton Brown has opened my eyes more thatn anyone in the culinary world, with his passion for good, fresh ingredients spilling over to me.
