I have a 2" thick 2.64 lb London Broil. How can I cook this my NuWave?

November 5, 2011hello, could you please share the recipe? also, off topic, the cooking light in my nuwave unit has quit working gwice and the cooking unit has had to be replaced twice. Has anyond else encountered this?
January 3, 2010April I have updated the recipe, good catch! I was copy and pasting. So, my mistake the directions are now there! I love it and it is so easy to make up and everyone loves it. Enjoy!
