About me
My blog: angelaskitchen.com
I have been cooking dairy free (since 1993) and gluten free (since 2001) for my three children and myrself. I understand first hand the frustrations and joy that comes with a gluten and dairy free diet. My cooking goals after diagnosis was to develop recipes and menu plans to not just taste as good at the “pre-gluten-free” days, but ones that would fit the needs of a growing, busy family who loves to eat. Currently I teach gluten and dairy free cooking classes, contributed recipes for the book "Allergy Busters", ran a GFCF support group, contribute cooking articles for newsletters, work as a consultant for restaurants and natural food stores about gluten and dairy free options. I have also spoken for FAAN, speaking with schools, restaurants, bakeries and stores on important allergy issues. I am a Certified Master Food Preserver and love to can, dry, ferment and preserve food any way I can.
