Whole Nut Christmas Bread Recipe

• 1 1/2 c. flour
• 1 c. sugar
• 1 teaspoon baking pwdr
• 1/2 teaspoon salt
• 1 pound whole pitted dates
• 2 c. whole walnuts
• 1 1/2 c. whole Brazil nuts (I use 1 lb.)
• 2 c. pecans (whole)
• 3 slices candied pineapple (cut)
• 8 ounce. whole maraschino cherries, liquid removed
• 1/4 c. sherry wine or possibly other wine or possibly liqueur
• 5 Large eggs
• 1 teaspoon vanilla
