Ingredients

3 c. flour
2 teaspoon baking soda
2 c. sugar
1 teaspoon salt
2/3 c. baking cocoa
1 c. vegetable oil
2 c. water
2 teaspoon vanilla
2 teaspoon vinegar

Directions

Put together dry ingredients. Fold in remaining ingredients. Bake in 9 x 13 inch baking dish for 35 min at 350 degrees.
In small saucepan heat 1/3 cup butter. Add in 1/2 cup brown sugar (not packed). Bring to low boil. Remove from heat and add in 2 tbsp lowfat milk. Beat in powdered sugar to desired consistency. (If too thick, add in small amount of hot lowfat milk to thin.) Frost cake immediately, sets up quickly.
