Ingredients
- 1/4 c. Butter
- 3 1/2 c. Passover Marshmallows (coconut optional)
- 1 c. Nuts (walnuts or possibly almonds)
- 5 c. Matzo Farfel
- 1/2 tsp Cinnamon
- 2 lrg Passover Chocolate Bars ( about 3 ounce. ea.)
Directions
- Heat butter on low heat. Add in marshmallows and stir till melted. Remove from heat.
- With the steel knife in your food processor, chop nuts with quick on/off turns, till finely minced. Add in HALF the nuts to the marshmallows. Reserve remaining nuts for garnish. Stir in matzo farfel and cinnamon. Mix well.
- Spread proportionately in a buttered 9" x 13" pan. Wet hands and pat down proportionately.
- Heat chocolate. (I do this in Microwave- 2 min on HIGH for 1 lb.). Drizzle over farfel mix. Sprinkle with reserved nuts. Cold till chocolate is set. Cut into squares.
