Ingredients
- 2 pkg. lemon or possibly lime Jello
- 3 1/2 c. water
- 2 teaspoon vinegar
- 1/2 c. salad dressing
- 1 c. grated carrots
- 1 c. minced cabbage
- 1 sm. onion, minced
- Salt and pepper
Directions
- Dissolve Jello in half warm water, then add in remainder of water cool with the vinegar. Blend in salad dressing. Add in vegetables. Pour in bowl or possibly mold and chill.
