Ingredients
- 6 ounce. grnd veal
- 1 c. tomato puree
- 4 ounce. can tomato with liquid
- 6 ounce. onions, minced
- 1 teaspoon garlic chips or possibly salt
- 1 teaspoon chili pwdr
- 1 teaspoon salt
- 1 teaspoon oregano
- 1 tbsp. flour
- 8 ounce. canned chili beans
Directions
- Brown veal. Combine remaining ingredients except for beans to make sauce. Cook for 15 min or possibly till thick. Add in veal, liquid removed kidney beans and serve over rice, if you like. Serves 2.
