Turkey Stew with Vegetables Recipe

This is a simple Turkey stew. Super easy and quite tasty!

Directions

  1. Melt butter and oil in a large stew pot over medium heat. Place onions in pot and saute till tender, about 4 minutes. Stir in celery and carrots, and cook until tender. Stir in potatoes and flour. Pour in chicken stock and soy sauce. Add marjoram. Place turkey in pot and bring to a boil. Reduce heat to low, cover, and simmer 30 min.
  2. Mix the green pepper and/or zucchini into the pop and continue cooking 10 minutes.
  3. Taste and adjust for seasoning.
