Ingredients
- 1 (12 ounce.) can tuna, liquid removed
- biscuit mix
- 1 lg. bell pepper, minced
- 1 sm. onion, minced
- 2 tbsp. butter
- Season-All to taste
Directions
- In skillet, saute/fry butter, bell pepper and onion till pepper and onion are limp. Add in tuna fish, simmer 5 min, season to taste. Set aside to cold.
- Prepare rolled biscuit recipe according to package directions. Roll biscuit dough out on a floured surface into a 12"x9" rectangle. Spread tuna mix over dough. Roll dough up jelly roll style. Slice into 1" rounds. Place on cookie sheet and bake according to directions on biscuit mix package. To serve, top with cheese sauce. Serves 4 to 6.
