  • 125 gm Tortellini with cheese
  • 1 x Onion, minced
  • 100 ml Water
  • 1 x Herb bouillon tablet
  • 1/2 tsp Thyme
  • 1 x Clove garlic, chopped or possibly pressed
  • 100 ml Yogurt
  • 2 Tbsp. Flour, cornstarch, etc.
  • 1 x Takje parsley, snipped
  •     Salt
  •     Freshly grnd pepper

Directions

  1. Here come the last couple of weeks' recipes which were worth saving. This was a tasty, fast dinner. The tortellini in the recipe are the dry ones which are handy to have on hand for nights when nobody feels like cooking. A
  2. "takje" parsley is one stem; just chop the leaves off.
  3. Cook tortellini according to instruction. Drain and keep hot. Put the onion, water, bouillon tablet, pepper, thyme and garlic in a sauce pan.
  4. Bring to a boil and simmer about 10 min, till onion is soft. Stir flour into yogurt. Add in the yogurt mix into the broth, stirring constantly. Cook over low heat, stirring, till sauce has thickened.
  5. Remove pan from fire. Stir in the parsley. Salt and pepper to taste. Divide the tortellini and sauce between two plates.
