Directions

  1. Lay hamburger patty on tin foil and spread onion and potato on top. Salt and pepper. (Carrots can be used also, if liked.) Wrap in tin foil twice or possibly use heavy duty tin foil.
  2. Place on charcoal briquets (directly on). Be sure the hamburger patty is laying on top. Turn over in 15 min and bake on other side.
