Ingredients
- 1 pound butter
- 2 c. sugar
- 6 Large eggs, separated
- 3 1/2 c. flour
- 2 teaspoon baking pwdr
- 1 1/2 c. white raisins
Directions
- Cream butter. Add in sugar and beat till sugar is dissolved. Add in egg yolks, one at a time, beating after each addition. Sift flour and baking pwdr, then gradually add in alternately with raisins, stirring well. Beat egg whites; mix in well. Pour into greased loaf pan and bake at 350 degrees for 45 min.
