  1. 1. Cream the butter and honey; beat in the Large eggs and orange juice.
  2. 2. In a separate bowl, stir together all of the dry ingredients (except berries); add in gradually to the liquid mix. Mix in the cranberries.
  3. 3. Turn the batter into an oiled and floured loaf pan. Bake at 325 degrees for 1 to 1 1/4 hrs. Cold.
