Ingredients
- 1 1/2 teaspoon Knox plain gelatin
- 2 tbsp. cool water
- 1/4 c. boiling water
- 1/3 c. nonfat dry lowfat milk
- 1/2 teaspoon vanilla
- 4-6 ice cubes
Directions
- Pour cool water in blender, add in gelatin to soften. Add in boiling water. Process till gelatin is dissolved. Add in dry lowfat milk and vanilla. Process to combine. Add in ice cubes, one at a time and process till it thickens to right consistency. Use as whipped cream or possibly Cold Whip.
