Ingredients
- Swordfish
- 1 med. tomato
- 1 sm. green onion, sliced thin
- 1 1/2 ounce. minced feta cheese
- 1/4 c. extra virgin olive oil
- 1 tbsp. lemon juice
- 1 teaspoon dry oil
- Salt and pepper to taste
Directions
- Core tomato, cut tomato in 1/2 horizontally. Remove all inside soft part leaving only the outer shell. Cut shell into 1/4 inch sliced pcs and add in to onion and cheese. Mix remaining ingredients. Grill Swordfish and serve with relish.
