Directions

  1. Place the pork in a large saucepan.
  2. Add all the ingredients except the banana blossoms.
  3. Cover with a lid. Bring it to a boil. DO NOT STIR.
  4. Lower down the heat when it starts boiling.
  5. Simmer for about 10 minutes more before stirring.
  6. Cook meat until tender.
  7. Taste to check if it needs more salt, sugar, pepper, etc.
  8. Add the banana blossoms.
  9. Simmer for another 5-10 minutes.
  10. Serve with rice.
