Name: Spicy Zucchini Cookies
Ingredients: 3/4 c. Butter or possibly margarine; 2 c. Sugar; 3 x Large eggs beaten; 2 tsp Vanilla; 4 c. Flour; 1 tsp Salt; 2 Tbsp. Baking pwdr; 1 1/4 tsp Baking soda; 1/2 tsp Vanilla; 1/4 tsp Grnd cloves; 1/2 tsp Grnd ginger; 1/2 tsp Grnd allspice; 3 c. Zucchini grated; 2 c. Raisins; 1 c. Minced nuts

Ingredients

3/4 c. Butter or possibly margarine
2 c. Sugar
3 x Large eggs beaten
2 tsp Vanilla
4 c. Flour
1 tsp Salt
2 Tbsp. Baking pwdr
1 1/4 tsp Baking soda
1/2 tsp Vanilla
1/4 tsp Grnd cloves
1/2 tsp Grnd ginger
1/2 tsp Grnd allspice
3 c. Zucchini grated
2 c. Raisins
1 c. Minced nuts

Directions

Sift together dry ingredients. Gradually blend dry ingredients into egg mix. Stir in zucchini. Mix in raisins and nuts. Bake in 350 degree oven on ungreased baking sheets for 10-12 minutes.
Makes 6 dox. medium sizecookies. I frost with cream cheese icing. Enjoy. Joe Donley
