Directions

  1. To make each cupcake, measure about 1 Tbsp. batter into paper liner. Cover with 3 tsp. filling. Top with 1 more Tbsp. of batter. As cupcakes cook, filling will form in center. Cook at recommended time and temperature on box.
  2. Chocolate Chip Filling: Stir together 1 (8 oz) package softened cream cheese, 1/3 c. sugar, 1 egg, and 1/8 tsp. salt till well mixed. Blend in 1 (6 oz) package chocolate chips. Makes 30 cupcakes.
