Directions

  1. In a large skillet, brown the garlic in extra virgin olive oil over low heat. Throw away garlic. Mash the anchovies and cook in oil for 1 minute, then add in tomatoes, pepperoni, capers and paprika. Simmer, uncovered, for 20 min. Meanwhile cook the pasta in salted water till al dente.
  2. Drain thoroughly and toss with the sauce. Sprinkle with parsley and serve at once.
  3. Serves 6.
