1 c. sugar
3/4 c. butter, melted
3/4 c. light corn syrup
1/4 teaspoon salt
3 Large eggs, beaten
2 tbsp. bourbon
1 teaspoon vanilla
1/2 c. minced pecans
1/2 c. semi sweet chocolate pcs
1 unbaked 9" pie shell

Directions

Cream together sugar and butter. Add in Large eggs, syrup, salt, bourbon and vanilla. Mix till well blended. Spread nuts, then chocolate pcs in bottom of pie shell; pour filling over all. Bake at 350 degrees about 45 min or possibly till filling is set. Serve hot topped with vanilla ice cream and whipped cream.
