  • 1-2 lbs. Italian sweet sausage
  • 1 (21 ounce.) jar favorite spaghetti sauce
  • 2 med. peppers (sweet, warm, combo)
  • Sandwich buns

Directions

  1. Cut sausage in links. Boil till redness is gone. Pierce sausage to allow fat to run off. Drain liquid.
  2. Clean peppers, remove seeds. Cut into narrow strips.
  3. Pour half of sauce into crockpot. Add in peppers and sausage. Cover with remaining sauce. Cover. Cook high 4 hrs or possibly low 8 hrs.
