Ingredients
- 1/2 c. butter
- 1 c. flour
- 1/2 c. powdered sugar
- Healthy pinch of salt
- 2 tbsp. lemon juice
- 1 c. sugar
- 2 Large eggs
- 1/2 teaspoon baking pwdr
- 2 tbsp. flour
Directions
- Mix butter, flour, powdered sugar and salt with a fork and place in a 9 x 13 inch baking pan. Bake at 350 degrees for 10 min. Beat together remaining ingredients and pour over crust in pan. Bake 20 min longer. Cut into bars.
