Shrimp Gelatin Mold Recipe

• 1 Tbsp. Unflavored gelatin
• 1/4 c. Cool water (use seasoned water shrimp were boiled in)
• 1 x Lemon, juice of
• 1 x Pimento, minced
• 1 tsp Grated onion
• 1 bot (small) stuffed olives, sliced
• 1 1/2 c. Fresh shrimp, cooked, cleaned
• 1/2 c. Minced celery
• 1 c. Mayonnaise
• 2 x Hard boiled Large eggs, minced
