Directions

  1. Brown cleaned shrimp and garlic for 2 min in warm extra virgin olive oil (DON'Tablespoons BURN). Add in tomato sauce and oregano or possibly basil to oil and shrimp. Simmer 7 to 10 min gently. Pour over freshly boiled spaghetti. Serves 4. Good with garlic bread.
