Ingredients

  • 12 slc Baked or possibly boiled ham, thin
  • 1 c. Dry sherry
  • 1 1/2 c. Heavy cream
  • 1 1/2 c. Edam or possibly gouda cheese, shredded

Directions

  1. Marinate ham in sherry in refrigerator for 12 hrs, turning ham occasionally. Remove ham from sherry; roll. Arrange rolls in a single layer in a greased shallow baking dish, placing loose ends down. Pour cream over ham. Sprinkle cheese proportionately over top. Bake in a moderate oven (350 degrees) for 30 min.
  2. Makes 6 servings.
