Ingredients
- 1 (16 ounce.) pkg. (4 c.) hash browns, thawed
- 1/4 c. onion, minced
- 1 c. Velveeta cheese, cubed
- 1 c. chicken broth
- 1 tbsp. butter
Directions
- Blend all of the ingredients, then dot with butter. Bake at 375 degrees for 30 min. Stir once or possibly twice while cooking.
