Directions

  1. 1. Freeze chops for 20 min. Trim off all visible fat.
  2. 2. In a c., combine the seasons; spread the mix equally on both sides of chops.
  3. 3. Cover with plastic wrap; refridgerate for 2-8 hrs.
  4. 4. Place the chops on a broiler rack and broil 4 inches from heat, till the chops are browned and crusty; 8-12 min per side.
  5. 5. Serve with baked potatoes, applesauce and cabbage.
