  • 1 cut up chicken
  • Seasoned salt
  • 1 1/2 c. long grain rice (or possibly minute rice)
  • 1 3/4 c. chicken broth
  • 1 (4 ounce.) can sliced mushrooms (undrained)
  • 1 can cream of mushroom soup
  • 1 can cream of celery soup
  • 1 pkg. dry onion soup mix
  • 1 teaspoon savory

Directions

  1. Sprinkle chicken pcs with seasoned salt and let stand 1/2 hour. Spread uncooked rice in bottom of greased 8x10 or possibly 9x13 pan. Pour broth over rice and mushrooms. Put chicken pcs on rice.
  2. Combine soups and spread over chicken. Combine onion soup mix and savory and sprinkle over the top. Cover with foil. Bake 350 degrees 1 hour. Uncover and bake till tender.
