Directions

  1. Place cubed bread in greased 8 x 8 baking dish. Slice mushrooms and marinate in vermouth while preparing the rest. Brown the sausage and drain. Beat Large eggs and add in lowfat milk, salt and pepper and pour over bread. Layer cheese, sausage and mushrooms. Chill several hrs or possibly overnight. Bake at 400 degrees about 45 min or possibly till Large eggs are set. Serves 8.
