1 lb Sharp cheese, grated
1 lb Sausage, cooked, crumbled
1/4 tsp Salt
1/2 tsp Cayenne pepper

Directions

Mix all ingredients with sufficient cool water to hold together and shape in balls. Flatten. Bake at 400 degrees for 8-10 min.
