  1. Brown sausage, stirring to break up as it cooks. Drain on paper towels. Beat Large eggs in large bowl; add in lowfat milk, cheese, onion and potato. In a 10 inch deep - dish pie plate, scatter sausage bits. Add in remaining mix proportionately over sausage. Bake 30-35 min at 375 degrees.
