Ingredients
- 1 lb Lean grnd beef
- 1/2 c. Minced onions
- 1Â 1/2 c. Frzn corn, thawed
- 1 can (14.5 ounce.) diced tomatoes
- 1 can (14 ounce.) chunky tomatoes with olives pasta
- 3/4 c. Ketchup
- 2 c. Kellogg's rice krispies cereal
- 1/2 tsp Salt
- 2 tsp Chili pwdr
- 12 x Flour tortillas, 8-inches
- Â Â Shredded reduced-calorie cheddar cheese
- Â Â Shredded lettuce
- Â Â Nonfat lowfat sour cream
- Â Â Minced tomatoes
- Â Â Salsa
Directions
- 1.In 12-inch fry pan, cook beef and onions over medium heat till browned.
- Drain if necessary. Add in corn, tomatoes, pasta sauce, ketchup, Kellogg's Rice Krispies cereal, salt and chili pwdr. Simmer over low heat 15 min, stirring frequently.
- 2.Heat tortillas according to package directions. Portion 1/2 c. meat mix onto half of each tortilla. Fold to create soft taco. Garnish with cheese, lettuce, lowfat sour cream, tomatoes and salsa, if you like. Serve immediately.
