Directions

  1. 1. In a large pot, heat oil and saute/fry onions and garlic till soft.
  2. 2. Add in all ingredients except beer, peanuts and cheddar cheese. Cover and simmer 1 1/2 hrs.
  3. 3. Add in beer and simmer uncovered for 30 min.
  4. 4. Add in handful of peanuts and sprinkle cheese on each serving.
