  • 226 3/4g long grain rice, cooked
  • 1 large egg
  • 60 g grated mozzarella cheese, part skim
  • 1 ml tabasco

Directions

  1. Preheat oven to 400°F.
  2. In a medium size bowl, combine cooked rice, beaten egg, mozzarella cheese and Tabasco sauce and mix well.
  3. Press mixture evenly into a lightly greased 12" pizza pan, covering bottom and sides.
  4. Bake in preheated 400°F oven for 4 minutes or until set. Remove crust from oven and let cool slightly.
