Ingredients
- 1/2 c. Onion -- minced
- 1/2 c. Celery -- minced
- 2 Tbsp. Oleo
- 1 c. Rice
- 1 pkt Broccoli -- frzn
- 1 can Soup -- cream of mushroom
- 1 can Soup -- cream of chicken
- 1/2 lb Pasteurized process cheese
Directions
- Servings: 6 Saute/fry onion and celery in oleo till soft. Cook rice and broccoli sepa- rately according to package directions. Mix all ingredients together in a two-qt baking dish. Bake at 375 F. for 30 to 40 min.
- This may be prepared in advance and stored in the refrigerator.
