Ingredients
- 2 x Garlic cloves, chopped
- 1 med Green pepper, diced
- 1 med Onion, minced
- 1 Tbsp. Vegetable oil
- 2 can (15 1/2 ounce ea) kidney beans, rinsed and liquid removed
- 1/2 lb Smoked turkey sausage, sliced
- 3/4 c. Water
- 1 tsp Cajun seasoning
- 1/8 tsp Warm pepper sauce
- Â Â Warm cooked rice, optional
Directions
- In a saucepan, saute/fry garlic, green pepper and onion in oil till tender, about 5 min. Add in the next five ingredients; bring to a boil. Reduce heat; cook for 5 - 7 min or possibly till the sausage is heated through. Serve over rice if you like.
