Ingredients
- 1 pkt (8 ounce) Grandmas frzn noodles
- 1/2 c. Butter or possibly margarine
- 1 pkt (1 ounce) Hidden Valley Ranch lowfat milk dressing mix
- 3/4 c. Frzn peas
- 1/2 c. Lowfat sour cream
- 2 c. Chicken, cubed, cooked
- 1 c. Cheese, shredded
Directions
- Cook and drain pasta. In skillet, heat butter, stir in dressing mix, add in the peas; heat thoroughly. Toss with cooked chicken (also is good with leftover Thanksgiving turkey). Sprinkle with cheese. Simmer till cheese is melted.
