Ingredients
- 1 box (18 1/4 oz) chocolate cake mix
- 1/2 c. Vegetable oil
- 2 x Large eggs
- 1 pkt (12-ounce) chocolate chips
- 3/4 c. Minced nuts, optional
Directions
- Combine cake mix, oil and Large eggs in large bowl. Stir in chocolate chips and nuts, stir well, Drop by rounded Tbsp. onto baking sheets . Bake in preheated 350-degree oven for 8 to 10 min or possibly till centers are just set. Let stand for 2 min, remove to wire racks to cold completely.
- Makes about 3 1/2 dozen cookies. You can add in m&m's instead of chocolate chips , I've done which before.
