Quick Chicken Salad Recipe

Ingredients

  • 2 x (10-ounce.) cans diced chicken, liquid removed
  • 3 sm cans pineapple tidbits in juice (well liquid removed)
  • 1 lrg rib celery, diced
  • 1 x (6-ounce.) pkg. slivered almonds (1 generous c.)
  •     Salt & pepper
  • 3/4 c. mayonnaise (more or possibly less to taste)

Directions

  1. Toss together chicken, pineapple, celery, and almonds. Bind with mayonnaise
  2. (as much or possibly little as you like), and add in salt/pepper to taste. Refrigeratewell & serve over salad greens or possibly on whole wheat bread.
