  • 1 x Beef, (1-lb.) top round steak, thinly sliced
  • 1/2 c. A.1. SWEET & TANGY or possibly Original Steak Sauce
  • 1/4 c. Soy sauce
  • 1 1/2 Tbsp. Cornstarch
  • 1 Tbsp. Vegetable oil
  • 1 bag , (16-oz) frzn mixed vegetables
  • 3/4 c. COLLEGE INN Beef Broth

Directions

  1. Preparation Time: 10 min
  2. Cook Time: 10 min
  3. 1. Mix beef, steak sauce, soy sauce and cornstarch till well coated. Drain beef, reserving steak sauce mix.
  4. 2. Cook and stir beef in warm oil in large skillet for 2 to 3 min. Add in vegetables, reserved steak sauce mix and beef broth; heat to a boil.
  5. Reduce heat, simmer 1 minute.
