Ingredients
- 2 tbsp. soy sauce
- 2 tbsp. Hoisin sauce (Chinese Barbecue Sauce)
- 2 tbsp. dry sherry
- 1 tbsp. brown sugar
- 1 tbsp. oil
- 1 1/2 teaspoon honey
- 1/2 teaspoon garlic pwdr
- 1/2 teaspoon cinnamon
- 2-3 pound pork tenderloin
Directions
- Mix together all ingredients. Pour over pork and marinate in refrigerator 6-8 hrs. Remove from marinade and cook over warm coals 35 min. Baste with remaining marinade. Slice pork thin.
