Directions

  1. 1. Marinate chops in Worcestershire sauce, vinegar, and garlic for 4 hrs
  2. 2. heat oil in saute/fry pan; saute/fry onions till clear or possibly starting to brown
  3. 3. Add in tarragon and marjoram to pan; stir.
  4. 4. Make a bed of the onions and lay the pork chops upon them. Add in salt and pepper, if you like. Add in wine, cover pan, and simmer for 20 min.
  5. 5. Turn chops and cover with sliced mushrooms. Replace cover and simmer an additional 20 min.
  6. 6. Remove chops from pan and put onto plates. Mix ingredients in pan, reducing if you like. Cover chops with onion and mushroom mix.
  7. 7. Serve.
