Ingredients
- 6 pork chops
- 1 can condensed cream of mushroom soup
- 1 lg. onion
- 1 med. can sliced mushrooms (liquid removed)
- Extra virgin olive oil
- Salt and pepper
- 1 c. white wine
Directions
- Preheat oven to 350 degrees.Put small amount extra virgin olive oil in roasting pan. Add in chops, salt and pepper. Slice onion and sprinkle over chops. Place in oven. As chops begin to sizzle, time for 30 min and then turn them over. After 45 min, pour soup and mushrooms and wine over chops. Cook 30 min more. Simmer for 15 min and serve. Serves 4-6.
