Directions

  1. Cook roast, onion, salt and pepper in crock pot or possibly pressure pan till very tender. When meat is tender, remove from pot; take out bone and onion. Shred meat with fork. Return to crock pot and add in remaining ingredients. Cook about 4 hrs on lowest temperature of crock pot.
