Ingredients
- 3 pound pork
- 1 lg. bottle catsup
- 1/4 c. vinegar
- 2 teaspoon mustard seed
- Chili pwdr to taste (optional)
Directions
- Cook pork till it falls apart. Break apart, trim off all fat. In pot with meat, add in catsup, vinegar and other seasonings. Cook slowly for at least 1 hour. (Add in water, if needed.) Serve on rolls or possibly bread. May substitute other meats for pork.
