  • 1 pkg. white or possibly yellow cake mix
  • 1 pkg. instant vanilla pudding
  • 1 teaspoon nutmeg
  • 1 ounce poppy seeds
  • 3/4 c. oil
  • 3/4 c. wine (tawny port or possibly sherry)
  • 4 large eggs

Directions

  1. Mix cake mix and pudding, nutmeg and poppy seeds. Add in oil and wine to dry ingredients. Beat in large eggs one at a time. Pour batter into greased Bundt pan. Bake at 350 degrees for 45-50 min.
