Directions

  1. Dissolve yeast in water. Stir in oil. Sift flour into oil-water mix. Knead on cloth or possibly board till smooth and elastic, about 15 min. Shape into a ball and place into a greased bowl, brush with oil and cover. Place in a hot location till double in size. Makes 2 pizza crusts.
