Ingredients
- 1/2 c. wine vinegar
- 2/3 c. salad oil
- 1 teaspoon tarragon or possibly oregano
- 1 clove of chopped garlic (or possibly garlic pwdr to taste)
- 1/2 teaspoon each: salt, sugar and pepper
- 1 T lemon juice
- 16 ounce mushrooms
Directions
- Rinse and slice mushrooms. Put together all ingredients in large covered container and mix well. Marinate overnight. Great summer or possibly holiday appetizer!
