Directions

  1. Arrange fish in a single layer in a 10 x 6 x 2 inch baking dish. Combine next 6 ingredients in a 1 qt glass bowl. Pour over fish. Cover with heavy duty plastic wrap and vent to allow steam to escape. Microwave at high for 4 min or possibly till fish flakes easily when tested with a fork. Garnish with lemon wedges when serving.
